Our Leader
Our Pastor Daniel Gray is a native of Dallas, Tx who grew up in the Oak cliff community. He attended local area public schools and is a graduate of South Oak Cliff High School. He went on to pursue an education at Jarvis Christian College and several years later, entered the workforce. In 2007 at the age of 18, he met his mentor, the late Pastor James Donald. It was through this encounter and under his mentor’s tutelage that he received his formal training and call to the ministry. Recognizing and nurturing the anointing and calling upon his life, Pastor Donald appointed him to various offices and positions within the church, which included the following: Planning Committee member (2014-2019), Sunday School Teacher (2010-2019) and Adult Bible Class Teacher (2010-2019). In 2011, at age 22 he was ordained as an Minister by Pastor Donald. In addition to serving in various capacities of leadership throughout the years, Elder Gray was also involved in a variety of ministerial endeavors that prepared him to embrace lost souls and minister to the whole individual regardless of challenges or limitations. In 2017, he and his wife founded the non profit organization Gray’s and Donald Legacy which focuses on community outreaches such as homeless feedings, male mentorship, coat drives and clothes donations. After much prayer and fasting he left the ministry of his mentor and joined Conquering Faith with Pastor Stewart where he served faithfully and was ordained an Elder in 2021 . Following years of preparation, God released him to embark upon his own ministry. He founded Divine House Of Deliverance (DHOD). In which he was installed as pastor February 27, 2022. The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in his heart. Elder Gray has often stated that “There is a word from The Lord, and I’m excited about it.” As a sower goes forth to sow, he has an anointing that allows him to minister to those in need of healing of the mind, body, and soul. With such a great calling to fulfill, he finds time to visit the sick, make calls to members, conduct bible study and new membership classes, and spend time studying God’s word. He is supported in his ministry by his wife of over a decade, Missionary Deshambriel Gray, and their 4 children. His ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and deliverance and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s promises.
